In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term partnerships, and positioning our service portfolio to key enterprise clients. You will work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the Telco, ISP, and Data Center sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Telco, ISP, Cloud, and Data Center markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to design and propose complex ICT and Network Infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight our unique value proposition.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to effectively pivot sales tactics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Telco, ISP, Cloud, Data Center, or Managed Services industries.
- Deep understanding of ICT and Network Infrastructure solution sales.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business benefits for clients.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
