Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B tech sales or software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of AI technology trends and the local market landscape in Johor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally as required to meet clients.
