Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across assigned retail territories.
- Actively prospect and onboard new retail partners while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts.
- Monitor in-store performance and execute merchandising strategies to maximize brand visibility and product turnover.
- Conduct regular sales performance analysis and report insights to management to refine operational strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and promotional alignment.
- Provide regular training and support to retail staff regarding product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail sales, account management, or B2B business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
