Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to target new international markets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with automotive manufacturers, distributors, and aftermarket retailers.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an export or international sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
