As a key player in our sales department, you will be entrusted with promoting and leasing our premium dormitory units to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from corporate employers to students. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop innovative sales plans, foster enduring relationships, and consistently exceed revenue targets in a competitive marketplace.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy rates and leasing revenue for dormitory units.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, including corporate companies, universities, and individuals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure agreements that align with company policies and profit goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the operations and maintenance team to ensure leased units are fully prepared for turnover.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and ensure tenant satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the property, real estate, or housing industry.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport are highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
