Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for HVAC solutions? Haier is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our air conditioning channel development across the East Coast of Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our premium AC range, driving market penetration and building long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to ensuring the accurate management of sales forecasts and accounts receivable. If you possess a sharp commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market, and the drive to exceed aggressive targets, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand Haier’s air conditioning market share in the East Coast region.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and dealer acquisition to closing high-value contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while optimizing gross profit margins.
- Maintain rigorous control over Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments and financial health.
- Provide highly accurate rolling sales forecasts to facilitate supply chain and inventory planning.
- Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with dealers, retailers, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring to maintain a strategic advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, consumer electronics, or home appliances.
- Strong knowledge of the East Coast Malaysia dealer network and regional market dynamics.
- Proven track record in hitting sales targets and managing financial KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
