Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pumps, Valves & Instrumentation market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Mining, Oil & Gas, Paper and other relevant industries
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Pumps, Valves & Instrumentation
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Mining, Oil & Gas, or Paper industries
- Strong existing client network and relationships in the relevant sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
