Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote cutting-edge medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the medical industry
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and product improvements
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer insights and contribute to product enhancements
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new product developments in the medical technology sector
- Assist in developing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for new medical devices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the medical industry
- Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare systems, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
- Experience with product management principles and practices is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
