Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target and acquire new B2B clients in the Dangerous Goods (DG) sector.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with potential clients to close deals that drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and maximize account value.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure client needs are met with high standards of service.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management to adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, handling procedures, and safety standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driver’s License is required for client visits and travel within the region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Able to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
