- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the digital marketing and recruitment technology sectors.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present compelling proposals and demonstrations of our digital marketing products to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and customer feedback loops.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or recruitment services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, content strategies, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid work pass and willingness to travel within the region when necessary.
