Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for the FMCG industry? We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of our Foodservice (SFI) and Modern Trade accounts.
The ideal candidate is an expert at building long-term partnerships, navigating complex retail environments, and securing new listings. You will be responsible for end-to-end account management, ensuring sustainable growth and identifying untapped market opportunities within the competitive Philippine FMCG landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our Foodservice (SFI) and Modern Trade market share.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Manage key account relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Secure new product listings and negotiate favorable placement within retail/foodservice outlets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock availability for key accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically within Foodservice or Modern Trade channels.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and distribution networks in the Philippines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting aggressive sales KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
