Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in export/import and domestic freight markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients across manufacturing, retail, and distribution sectors
- Prepare and present customized freight forwarding solutions to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client retention rates
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
- Strong understanding of export/import regulations and domestic transport processes
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with track record of closing complex deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid SIM and willingness for client site visits
