  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
  • Strong understanding of export/import regulations and domestic transport processes
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with track record of closing complex deals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid SIM and willingness for client site visits
