Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in insurance or technology sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, and AI technologies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
