- Identify, prospect, and engage with Japanese-speaking clients in various industries
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to client requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance and pipeline status
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the Singapore market
- Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken) is essential
- Excellent command of English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a corporate setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including design and project management
