Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for paint and related products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Implement marketing strategies to promote KCC Paints products
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or paint industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of the local market in Shah Alam and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
