You will take full ownership of your portfolio, nurturing long-term partnerships with major clients and identifying new revenue streams in a competitive market.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to your clients, utilizing your deep understanding of the baby and maternity industry to deliver tailored solutions. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Key Accounts, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers at key retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional calendars and product launches.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business proposals to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company brand.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Strong track record of managing Key Accounts and achieving quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the baby and maternity products market is highly desirable.
