Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in medical systems division
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders (physicians, administrators, procurement)
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for medical imaging solutions
- Collaborate with clinical specialists to address complex customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and performance reports
- Mentor junior sales team members on best practices and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of hospital operations and diagnostic workflows
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-value contracts
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
