Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical or personal care industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex client relationships
- Technical aptitude to understand chemical formulations and their applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
