Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the printing and labeling market.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business leads.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality standards.
- Represent Shieldtag at industry trade shows and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management to optimize sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the printing or labeling industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta Raya area.
