Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the piping and engineering industry? People Profilers is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive/Sales Manager to join our team in the West Region. This is a critical role focused on driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and spearheading complex piping fabrication projects.
As our Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary link between our technical engineering capabilities and client needs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing project tenders, and ensuring that our piping solutions consistently meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate competitive market landscapes while fostering technical innovation within the team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share within the piping and fabrication sector.
- Identify and qualify new business leads, manage the full sales cycle, and nurture relationships with existing high-value clients.
- Lead the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and project tenders to ensure accurate and competitive bidding.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to provide technical consultation and gather feedback on project specifications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine service offerings and positioning.
- Maintain an updated CRM database and provide accurate sales forecasting to the senior management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience specifically within the piping, oil & gas, or heavy industrial engineering industry.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in the West Region.
