Padang Golf Bukit Sentul is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team at the prestigious Taman Budaya Sentul City. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, promoting our diverse range of recreational and corporate products to potential clients.
We are looking for an individual who excels in building long-term relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Bogor market, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for Taman Budaya Sentul products.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to closing contracts and securing repeat business.
- Conduct professional presentations and site tours for prospective corporate and private clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and weekly reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or recreation industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and intermediate English proficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
