Are you a seasoned sales strategist with a passion for premium brands? FFM Berhad is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Lead for our Luxury Segment to join our high-performing team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our luxury sales strategy, driving market penetration and elevating brand prestige across national channels.

You will lead high-stakes negotiations, cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, and oversee the execution of premium go-to-market strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial trajectory of our luxury portfolio while working in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a visionary leader who understands the nuance of the luxury consumer and possesses the drive to exceed aggressive growth targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capture market share within the luxury segment.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with premium retailers and key luxury stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand positioning.
  • Manage high-value accounts, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience for all luxury clientele.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand identity and target audience expectations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury sales, retail management, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of managing high-revenue portfolios and driving year-over-year growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian luxury market and consumer behavioral patterns.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
