Treetops Executive Residences, a premier provider of luxury serviced apartments in the heart of Orchard, Singapore, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team and drive significant revenue growth.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio of executive residences. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and embassy accounts, and ensure Treetops Executive Residences remains the top choice for discerning business and leisure travelers.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and group KPIs.
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and diplomatic missions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients to maximize repeat business.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and sales collateral.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Represent Treetops Executive Residences at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in serviced residences, luxury hotels, or premium accommodation.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and developing sales talent.
- Excellent network of corporate, travel industry, and diplomatic contacts in Singapore and the region.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Highly proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, strategic, and highly organized with strong business acumen.
