- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales management experience in hospitality sector
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate sales teams
- Expertise in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
