  • Manage key corporate accounts and high-value leisure segments through targeted relationship building
  • Lead sales team performance through coaching, training, and performance monitoring

  • Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and packages
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Bali or Indonesian market
  • Strong network of corporate clients and travel industry contacts
  • Expertise in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environment
