Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to optimize individual and collective performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the energy industry through proactive networking and prospecting.
  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine service offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract negotiation and closing.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the energy or technical services sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
