Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to optimize individual and collective performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the energy industry through proactive networking and prospecting.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine service offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract negotiation and closing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the energy or technical services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian business landscape and sales distribution channels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance analytical tools.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and oversee regional sales operations.
