Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed B2B catering sales targets in the Jakarta region.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate, institutional, and organizational clients for catering services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a significant portion in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta B2B market and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a robust sales pipeline, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
