- Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the digital real estate ecosystem
- Analyze sales performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels using CRM and analytics tools
- Identify new market opportunities and design scalable business development initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with digital transformation goals
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide actionable insights for product enhancement and pricing strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in digital sales with 3+ years in managerial/supervisory role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SaaS or real estate tech
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Experience leading remote/distributed sales teams across diverse markets
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
