Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize market share in the Indonesian EV sector.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and direct B2B engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing high-value contracts.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales objectives with product rollout schedules.
- Represent the company as a key spokesperson at industry conferences, expos, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior management capacity.
- Proven track record in the automotive, energy, or technology sector; experience in EV or renewable energy is a significant advantage.
- Strong existing network of corporate or government contacts within the Indonesian automotive landscape.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and scale commercial teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to revenue forecasting and territory management.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
