We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales division to greater heights.
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and building lasting relationships with key clients in the events and exhibitions industry. This is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented professional to make a significant impact on a growing company.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional client service. You will work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects, from initial concept to final execution. In addition, you will monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to senior management to refine our offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the events or exhibitions sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should have excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a strategic mindset. A degree in business or marketing is preferred.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for event and exhibition services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with clients in the events and exhibitions industry.
- Collaborate with project and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the events or exhibitions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
