In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles, cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value contracts, and delivering world-class exhibition experiences for our global clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for FHA.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the regional food, beverage, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key industry influencers.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports to senior management on market trends and pipeline health.
- Represent Informa at industry networking events, trade shows, and high-level meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the exhibitions, events, or media industry.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales quotas and managing large-scale accounts.
- Deep understanding of the Food & Hospitality market landscape in Asia.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
