Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the sales team for plastic and rubber products across assigned territories
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth
- Manage key client relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving complex issues
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align sales strategies
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing regular reports to senior leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to build a high-performance team culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in plastic/rubber distribution or chemical industry
- 3+ years in leadership roles with proven team management success
- Strong understanding of polymer markets, applications, and technical specifications
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in competitive markets
