Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of hotel sales experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in corporate sales, group bookings, and MICE segment management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of Jakarta hospitality landscape and distribution channels
