Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for plastic raw materials to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities
- Lead sales initiatives targeting domestic and overseas markets to expand market share
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and close high-value deals with strategic clients
- Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with supply chain and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in plastic raw materials, polymers, or related chemical industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets of RM 1 million or above
- Strong existing network of contacts within the plastics, manufacturing, or chemical sectors is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent command of English with proficiency in Mandarin or other languages being an added advantage
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs
