Accor is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager (Rooms/MICE) to drive revenue growth and elevate our market presence in Jakarta. This strategic leadership role requires you to develop and execute innovative sales initiatives while cultivating high-value client relationships across corporate, travel agency, and MICE segments. You'll lead a results-oriented sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in hospitality sales to position Accor as the premier destination for both corporate accommodations and dynamic MICE events in Indonesia's thriving capital.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize room revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Oversee MICE sales operations including proposal development, contract negotiations, and event execution
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies based on market dynamics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience with proven MICE specialization
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in luxury or upscale properties
- Expertise in corporate sales, travel agency partnerships, and event management
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in sales management systems and CRM tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills preferred
