- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for managed cybersecurity services to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the cybersecurity sector
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions or IT services
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threats, and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
