Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join our team in the vibrant Singapore River precinct. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, tasked with identifying new business opportunities, nurturing high-value client partnerships, and leading our sales team to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute hospitality professional with a deep understanding of the local Singapore market. You will be responsible for maximizing hotel profitability through innovative sales strategies, effective account management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations to ensure the delivery of signature Four Points service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust pricing and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize inventory yield and profitability.
- Represent Four Points by Sheraton at industry networking events, trade shows, and client functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore hospitality market and existing industry networks.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
