Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve hotel occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor pricing and trends in the Melaka hospitality sector.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote hotel packages, seasonal offers, and events.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Melaka hospitality market and local travel industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team with a customer-centric mindset.
