Tanggung Jawab
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team across Central Java and DIY.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Business Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base for health equipment.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and healthcare facilities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team KPIs, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing a sales team or leading a regional sales department.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license is required for regional travel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve aggressive sales targets.
