Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in off-trade channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts (supermarkets, convenience stores)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities and product launches at retail outlets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in off-trade sales within FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Singapore driver's license (for frequent store visits)
