- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for CAT equipment in the contractor segment
- Lead end-to-end project management of complex sales transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, construction firms, and government entities
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in Batam's industrial zone
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop customized equipment solutions
- Monitor sales pipeline and forecast revenue with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research for strategic positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery sales or contractor solutions
- Proven track record in managing B2B sales projects exceeding IDR 5 billion
- Deep knowledge of CAT equipment and construction industry standards
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong negotiation skills with contract development experience
- Experience working in Batam's FTZ or similar free-trade zones
