Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for refrigeration equipment and systems.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, contractors, and industrial partners.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding spare parts and system upgrades to optimize their operational efficiency.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the refrigeration sector.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met with accurate and efficient solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration systems.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration components, spare parts, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work independently while meeting strict sales KPIs.
- Willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area as required by client engagements.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to business development.
