Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled storage sectors.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, contract negotiations, and project proposal meetings with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies for the East Java region.
- Collaborate closely with operations and fleet management teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, warehousing, or food distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of cold chain logistics processes and temperature-controlled supply chain requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- High level of self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required by the business.
