Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed monthly targets for furniture products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert furniture consultation
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Train junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture or retail sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of furniture materials, trends, and manufacturing
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
