Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to improve individual performance and collective team output.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value business opportunities within the target market.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and high-profile clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial lead generation to successful contract negotiation and closing.
  • Implement effective inventory and territory management practices to optimize product availability and sales flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive retail or distribution environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills, particularly in CRM software, sales forecasting, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
