Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the Sales Support team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations professionally, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Standardize sales support processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times for semiconductor components.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to team members to ensure professional growth and consistent performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry-specific documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a Sales Support or Customer Operations environment, preferably in the Semiconductor or Electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with international clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and improve business processes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to team management.
