Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud solutions to create a unified customer profile.
- Architect robust data integration pipelines between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain complex data mapping, transformation, and ingestion processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define personalization requirements and CRM initiatives.
- Optimize data queries and architecture to ensure high performance and data accuracy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Data Cloud / Customer 360.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of CRM personalization strategies and customer journey mapping.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Developer, or Architect) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
