Are you an expert in unifying customer data and driving actionable insights? NYGC Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to lead the implementation and optimization of our enterprise data architecture. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between raw data and customer-centric strategies, leveraging the full power of the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver high-impact business solutions.
As a senior member of our technology team, you will design robust data pipelines, manage identity resolution, and ensure seamless integration across our Salesforce orgs. If you are passionate about data modeling, ETL processes, and scalable cloud architectures, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain complex data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources into Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Develop and configure Data Cloud objects, data streams, and mapping models to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Implement identity resolution strategies to create a 360-degree view of the customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring performance optimization and system reliability.
- Design and manage automated segments and activation targets for personalized customer journeys.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on Salesforce best practices.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 2 years specifically focused on Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Genie).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and SQL-based data transformation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud integrations.
- Experience with API development and integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and governance.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Developer certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
