Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide technical design specifications.
- Manage system integrations, data migrations, and API connectivity with third-party platforms.
- Perform regular code reviews to ensure scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain peak platform performance.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities to leverage new platform features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows).
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, security models, and custom object development.
- Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration middleware.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SDLC processes and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and technical innovation.
