Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Lead technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Optimize Salesforce performance through code reviews, debugging, and best practices implementation
- Develop and deploy Lightning Web Components and Aura frameworks for modern user experiences
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and conduct technical training sessions
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security models
- Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Aura, and JavaScript frameworks
- Proven experience in Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP, ETL)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Administrator certifications
- Experience working in agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
